Guinea pig in the studio

Frosting has made a guest appearance in the studio, while Cake recuperates from giving birth to three new babies.  The children have been excited to draw him, write books telling the story of our new additions to the school and just observe the guinea pig behavior first hand.  It's an exciting time at CGMS.

Amy came into the toddler classroom today to paint some of the collaborative clay works with the children.

The colors were beautiful. The care and concentration that went into mark making was equally magical to witness.  The morning toddler class has been reading Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons.  Amy and the class teachers made a connection to the text and the clay buttons being painted in preparation for the show.

Another great studio day.
